1. Who provides Xicorta
Xicorta is a SaaS platform intended for automotive businesses. The legal operator, official address, registration information and legal contact will be inserted before commercial publication of the service.
Operator legal name, legal form, registration details, address, country of registration and official contact will be published on this page before commercial service launch. Until then, legal inquiries can be sent to [email protected].
2. What the platform provides
Xicorta provides software tools for businesses working with car rental, vehicle sales, vehicle import and optional modules. Actual access depends on the purchased package, modules and active subscription status.
The customer receives a limited right to use the service for the applicable paid period. Xicorta code, design, brand and materials are not transferred to the customer.
3. Registration and acceptance of documents
An account may be created by an adult using the service professionally or representing a company. If you register for a company, you confirm authority to create the account and accept these terms for that company.
Before registration you must accept the Terms of Use and confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy. Xicorta may retain evidence of this action, including document versions, date, language, IP address and technical browser/device information.
4. Accounts, users and security
The customer company is responsible for accurate account data, confidential access, invited administrators and staff, and the permissions granted to them. Do not share passwords or access with unauthorised persons.
Xicorta may restrict access when there are indications of account compromise, fraud, attack, breach of these terms or a legal requirement.
5. Demo access
The demo is provided to evaluate the platform using demonstration scenarios. Do not upload real personal data, identity documents, real contracts, customer databases, payment data or other confidential information into the demo environment.
Demo access may be limited in time and is not intended for permanent storage or real commercial operations.
6. Data and documents uploaded by the customer
Xicorta is a software tool. The customer company decides what data it collects and uploads to its CRM, why it uses it, who receives access and any subsequent export or disclosure.
The customer company is responsible for having a lawful basis to collect, upload, retain and use customer data, staff data, documents, contracts and payment-related information.
Xicorta does not pre-review the legality of each uploaded document and does not control distribution by the customer outside the platform. Xicorta remains responsible for duties within its control, including platform operation and security measures and processing of its own account data.
7. Subscriptions, modules and automatic renewal
Active packages and modules determine functionality, limits and access period. Where a recurring subscription is selected, automatic renewal must be separately confirmed at checkout, which will display the amount, period and next charge date. Auto-renewal can be disabled in the cabinet before the next charge.
Xicorta does not store the full payment card number. Payment data will be handled by the payment provider actually connected and identified before commercial launch.
8. Failed payment, restrictions and data retention
Before deletion, Xicorta will send notices stating the planned deletion date. After deletion, only minimal records required for billing, audit, deletion evidence, abuse prevention and legal obligations may remain, without the deleted CRM content unless required by law.
9. Refunds
A declined payment or insufficient funds is not a refund because no funds have been collected. A refund may be granted for a duplicate or erroneous charge, technical inability to provide a purchased service, or where required by applicable law.
Disabling automatic renewal stops future charges but does not cancel an already paid period. Final refund conditions and the payment provider will be confirmed before commercial launch.
10. Prohibited use
It is prohibited to use the platform for unlawfully obtained data, accessing another company's workspace, bypassing plan limits, attacks or malicious code, storing real data in demo, or unauthorised disclosure of confidential information.
11. Availability and liability limits
The platform may be updated and may experience technical interruptions. Xicorta is not responsible for actions of the customer's users, incorrect or unlawfully uploaded data, exports and disclosures outside the platform, or third-party services outside its control.
Nothing in these terms excludes Xicorta responsibility for duties that cannot legally be limited or for breaches within its control.
12. Data protection and DPA
Xicorta processing is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. For commercial CRM use with real personal data, the customer company and Xicorta will use a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) where required.
13. Applicable law, changes and contact
Applicable law and competent court will be confirmed with the operator's final legal details. Xicorta may update these terms. Material amendments may require renewed acceptance in the account.
