PLATFORM

About the product

What is Xicorta?

Xicorta is a CRM platform for automotive businesses. It is designed for work with vehicles, clients, contracts, payments, costs and operations that need checking every day.

Which companies is the platform built for?

For companies working in car rental, vehicle sales or vehicle import. The platform is aimed at teams for whom vehicles, documents and payments are part of daily work.

What experience is Xicorta based on?

The product is based on more than 10 years of hands-on automotive experience and on problems observed directly while working with vehicles, clients, contracts, payments and deadlines.

Why is a generic CRM often not enough?

A generic CRM usually focuses on contacts and sales stages. An automotive company also needs to track vehicles, availability, contracts, returns, costs, documents and payments connected with each operation.

Do I need every module from day one?

No. Xicorta is modular, so a company can choose the workflow and tools required for its work, then add other capabilities when they become relevant.

DEMO AND ROLLOUT

How to evaluate the system

Can I try Xicorta before subscribing?

Yes. The demo provides prepared working scenarios so you can see the system structure and the links between vehicles, clients, documents and payments before making a decision.

Should real company data be entered into the demo?

We do not recommend entering real client data or real documents into demonstration scenarios. The demo is intended to evaluate the workflow. Operational company data should be managed only in an authorised account.

How do I choose a suitable solution for my company?

Start with the solutions page and the demo. When your processes need a specific configuration, send an enquiry describing your workflow, number of vehicles and team tasks.

ACCESS AND PRIVACY

Company data and user responsibility

How is employee access to information restricted?

CRM operations can be separated through roles and access permissions. An employee can be given access to daily tasks, while administrative or financial operations remain available only to responsible users.

How is data privacy addressed?

Privacy and data processing are addressed in the platform legal documents. Those documents describe the conditions applying to service use and data handling. Privacy Policy.

Who is responsible for employee accounts?

The company should grant access only to authorised employees, remove access when it is no longer needed and keep individual passwords confidential.
