1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file stored in your browser. It can help the site retain your language choice, keep a secure session, remember cookie settings or, only with your permission, support measurement of website use.
2. What we use now
Xicorta uses necessary cookies for website operation and security. Functional, analytics and marketing categories are available in the settings centre, but external optional services are not currently active. If we connect such services, we will update this policy and request consent again where required.

3. Available categories
Functional
May enable additional convenience features. No separate optional services in this category are currently connected.
Analytics
May help understand which pages are visited and which actions are taken on the site. No external analytics service is currently connected.
Marketing
May be used for campaign measurement and personalised advertising. No marketing pixel or advertising service is currently connected.
4. Consent and changing your choice
On your first visit you can accept all categories, reject optional cookies or choose individual categories. Optional cookies must not be loaded before your choice. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings button in the site footer.
5. Recording your choice
To retain a technical record of the saved choice, Xicorta records an anonymous consent identifier, selected categories, this policy version, language and the time of the choice. This identifier is not used to access your account and does not contain customer data entered in the CRM.
6. CRM data and cookies
Data entered into the CRM, such as documents, contracts, customer information or payments, is not used as marketing cookie data and is not part of the website visitor consent mechanism.
7. External analytics and advertising services
Xicorta does not currently use Google Analytics, Google Ads Conversion Tracking, Meta Pixel or other external tools to analyse visitor behaviour or measure advertising.

If such a service is connected in the future, this section will identify the provider, purpose, cookie category, link to the provider's official policy and the date of the update. Where consent is required, the service will not start before the user makes the corresponding choice.
8. Removing cookies from your browser
You can change your Xicorta choice at any time using the Cookie settings button in the site footer. You can also delete stored cookies through your browser settings. Removing necessary cookies may sign you out or require you to make your cookie choice again.
